Training of Trainers
Test Training of the Job Coachers – Valencia, Spain
We will develop and implement training in the use of the socio-educational model in specialized job coaching. This training aims to:
- Define an intervention process for jobcoach centered on discovery, training, active job search, integration into a company, the follow-up in a company
- Facilitate the integration of the trainee in the workplace by : equipping the company and its management in accompaniment of people; organizing a mentoring within the company; calling on the support of colleagues for a faster possible autonomy of the trainee.
The training should help future job coaches to:
- Promote non-discrimination of people with disabilities on the traditional job market and therefore their social inclusion
- Help the trainee to orient himself in his integration path
- Help the trainee to take stock of his strengths, his professional profile, his training needs
- Offer the trainee discovery internship in a company, to test different jobs
- Develop with the trainee an effective strategy of access to employment
- Facilitate his socio-professional integration
- Help him to progress, to integrate socially, to concretely discover a profession, to integrate into professional life and, finally, to access to work
- Raise awareness and inform potential employers using the tools developed within the framework of the project
- Inform employers about the various existing measures financed by public services
The main activities envisage:
– the elaboration, the testing and the evaluation of the socio-pedagogical model elaborated by the project Pedagogical Committee
– the creation of a Framework of Competences for the Job Coach professional profile, including recognition (certification) and dissemination
